Complete questionnaireOnce your have purchased our Long-Distance Consultation, your assigned Acne Specialist will send you a welcome package including a detailed questionnaire designed to gather critical information about your current regimen, products, diet, lifestyle, health conditions and other factors that may cause acne.
Send photosAs part of our online questionnaire, we ask that you submit three photos: a photo of the left side of your face, the right side of your face, and a straight-on photo of your face. We need to see your face without makeup and in natural light to best evaluate your skin’s current condition.
Eliminate acne triggersBased on a thorough evaluation of your questionnaire and skin photos, your Acne Specialist will share her analysis, which reviews products you use and whether or not they contain pore-clogging ingredients. We also provide access to our Client Area, where you can download our lists of acne-safe products including makeup, hair care, and health supplements.
Get Custom Acne-Safe RoutineAfter assessing your skin’s condition, your Acne Specialist will present a daily regimen customized to treat your skin. The regimen includes a list of specialized products with instructions for daily use, plus any necessary lifestyle changes that are causing your breakouts. Your cooperation is essential to quickly and effectively clear your skin.

Monitor Progress to Clear SkinIn the first month of treatment, your Acne Specialist will check in with you regularly to ensure your regimen is working effectively. The key to success is communicating back with your Acne Specialist in the first two months of using our specialized products so we can know if and when to adjust your regimen to avoid plateaus. We are dedicated to clearing and healing your skin, so stay committed to the program and you will be amazed by the results!
