2.5% Granactive vitamin A serum for acne is gentle but effective at reducing the appearance of wrinkles and breakouts. This serum is special because the skin recognizes and is able to utilize it without converting it first. When you convert vitamin A you lose some of the potency. If you are sensitive or dry this is an excellent serum to use. Retinoids are best used at night since they breakdown in sunlight.
